H.O.O.P.S. Academy’s Fall Basketball Training Classes for 7th & 8th graders are designed to prepare athletes for the next level of competition. Players will work on refining their foundational skills while tackling advanced concepts in shooting, ball handling, defense, and offensive strategy. Each session emphasizes game-speed drills that translate directly into competitive play. Athletes will also strengthen their basketball IQ, learning how to read defenses, create scoring opportunities, and make smart decisions under pressure. Whether you’re preparing for tryouts or simply looking to elevate your performance, this program provides the structure and intensity needed to stand out. At H.O.O.P.S.
