The AAU Prep – Elite Shooting Series is a standards-based shooting development program designed to prepare athletes for the real shot demands of AAU competition.

This series focuses on precision shooting, game-speed execution, and decision-based reps that mirror what athletes will see in live AAU play. Every workout is structured, intentional, and built around high-level shot profiles — not volume shooting or casual reps.

Athletes will train shooting off the catch, off the dribble, off screens, in pick-and-roll actions, and through relocation and second-effort situations, all under pace, pressure, and fatigue.

This is not a camp.
