About the event
Series 1: Shooting Off The Catch is the foundation session of our AAU Prep Elite Shooting Series at H.O.O.P.S. Academy.
This training focuses on developing quick decision-making, proper shot preparation, and efficient footwork into the catch-and-shoot release. Athletes will train at game speed while learning how to:
• Prepare early before the pass
• Execute footwork & shoulder alignment
• Eliminate wasted motion
• Shoot under light defensive pressure
