About the event
Series 5: Relocation & Second Effort Shots is the final session of the AAU Prep Elite Shooting Series at H.O.O.P.S. Academy and focuses on scoring beyond the initial action.
This training develops movement, awareness, and shot readiness after penetration, drive-and-kick situations, and offensive rebounds.
Athletes will train to:
• Relocate on drive penetration
• Drift & lift into clean catch-and-shoot opportunities
• Stay shot-ready after passes and rebounds
