Cancellation Policy
The H.O.O.P.S. Academy Birthday Party is a structured, hosted basketball event designed to provide a fun, safe, and organized experience for athletes and guests. All bookings are subject to the policies below. 1. Booking & Scheduling The Birthday Party must be booked in advance and are subject to facility and staff availability. Party date and time are not guaranteed until confirmed by H.O.O.P.S. Academy. Any schedule changes or requests must be submitted online or directly through H.O.O.P.S. Academy and are not guaranteed. 2. Attendance & Arrival Parties begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not result in extended party time. Early arrivals may not be accommodated due to facility scheduling. 3. Payment Policy Full payment is required to secure a Birthday Party booking unless otherwise stated in writing. All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made with a minimum of 72-hour notice. Requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled party may result in forfeiture of payment. Rescheduling, if approved, is subject to availability and at the discretion of H.O.O.P.S. Academy. 5. Guest Responsibility & Supervision Parents or guardians are responsible for the behavior and supervision of all guests during the event. H.O.O.P.S. Academy staff will oversee basketball activities but is not responsible for general supervision outside of structured instruction. 6. Facility Rules & Safety All participants must follow facility rules and staff instructions at all times. Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow directions may result in removal from activities without refund. 7. Media & Event Documentation Birthday parties may be photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. Booking a Birthday Party grants permission for such use unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event. 8. Liability & Assumption of Risk Participation in basketball activities involves inherent risk. By booking a Birthday Party, parents and guardians acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation. Damage Policy The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment by guests. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly. 9. Acknowledgment Booking a H.O.O.P.S. Academy Birthday Party constitutes agreement to all policies outlined above.
